Error Message For Gwe And Ntp On Ps4

    Hi All,

    Ever since that horrid update I still can’t seem to get Great Western Express and North Transpennine onto TSW2 on my PS4 (Base PS4). I’ve tried downloading them again numerous times and I can’t get it through the store as it still wants to charge me full price. I’m also unable to get routes like Peninsula Corridor on TSW2 as well because of the store being broken.

    Has anyone been able to solve this?

    I appreciate any responses! Thank you.

    Have you tried to restore your licenses on PSN. That mostly works when you get error messages regarding downloads.

    I downloaded all my DLC by going to the PlayStation box downloads area, on my PS4 box and re-downloaded them again. Worked ok for me from there. As per the instructions posted a while ago.

    Do not use the Play Store for anything you have already bought. Certainly do not pay again!

    Yeah I followed those instructions and those routes still didn’t work

    My system is in Dutch so you need to look it up on Sony support pages. But it's in your PS account settings and it probably says something like manage subscriptons

    I remember there was an important step you had to take. I think it was something like reactivating you PS4 as your main device or something like that? Did you do such a thing?

    On the icon for TSW2 in the Dynamic Menu, press down to open the game's Hub. Scroll to the DLC page at the bottom, and select Your Add Ons.

    And to fix the PlayStation Store showing the prices, go onto the PlayStation app on a mobile device and follow the guidance in the post below...
    To summarise, the DLC will be shown as 'Free'. Add them to your collection and it'll fix the PlayStation Store.
