When I try to lodge a support ticket on the new support system I get "We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page." after putting in all the information for the ticket.

Thanks mate, that is the one. I think I worked out likely what happened, while it already had my email I selected to use Google as an authenticator which might have needed some back end magic to be done, even though its the same email it would have been a different way in.
