Dresden - File Compression

    Haven't seen it posted elsewhere, but the patch has caused the file size of Dresden to hugely increase, as if it is no longer compressed.

    TrainSim-Matt - Can you confirm if this is international?

    Yes, a side effect of which appears to be longer loading times.

    It IS uncompressed. You can compress it yourself, just like before 4.26 with compact using CompactGUI. Will save about 10 gigs.

    Does it have also a performance improvements, or it is again with sudden and longer fps drops?

    Why was everything done worse than it was? How do patches work for them?

    Just for context, before the update it was around 5GB - it's gained quite a bit of weight! upload_2021-10-6_9-32-28.png
    Bit scared to load it now because loading times were really long anyway for me.

    I wonder if it is intentional as the .pak file for Brighton is 16GB upload_2021-10-7_15-34-6.png
