No Ice3 Tutorial

After update last night I played Nahverkehr Dresden for the first time,
I went through all the tutorials but the ICE3 was missing
I am playing on Xbox series S

 

The ICE is from the Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen, you can find its tutorial there

 

The ICE 3 and ICE 3M weren't included in the base route. ONLY the locos that come with the route will get a tutorial. As bobbobberdd said, you will need to visit Shnellfahrstreke Koln - Aachen, or Hauptstrecke Munchen - Augsburg for the relevant tutorials.
