This issue prevents you from finishing some services due a train stopping at the Meißen junction. You can see the stuck train on the map at the start of these services (where the Meißen branch joins the main line): 16:45 RE50 Leipzig Hbf - Dresden Hbf (3rd service in journey chapter 2) 08:15 Freight Riesa - Dresden (2nd service in journey chapter 10) There is a train coming from Meißen onto the main line when this happens and it gets very close to the stuck train. You'll eventually be held at a red signal. I have noticed it on both timetables (Xbox One X) and journey mode.
