So this line hasn't been done since 2013 in TS. Even then it only contained one train. In those intervening years the London skyline has changed dramatically. Now the City of London has a really iconic skyline which deserves it's place in this game - far more stunning than Victoria or Waterloo skylines for example. Not only that but so has the rolling stock. This line now sees some of the sexiest commuter trains in the country running into London Liverpool Street; Class 720 Aventra's and Class 755 Flirts look every bit next gen trains. Add to that at the other end of the scale Class 317's and you have a very interesting railway. Want more? Class 321's, 360's and 379's also run this route, probably one of the most varied commuter routes in the UK. Still not enough? Okay throw in the London Overground with it's sleek new Class 710 Aventra's.
This route is a route that would be a good canidate for q UK route remake from TSClassic. The TS Classic version is outdated: Set before London Overground, TFL Rail, and other stuff Only contains 1 Train, which is not that great On an Unstable and Old Platform TSW has features that could be incorporated into this route
Hi would agree with you its a great route to come to TSW with loads of services and new trains it would be great. Gary
This is my local line, and I think this would be a very fine addition. I've had my fair share of travels on this line for goodness knows how long, on most classes since the 309's. I wonder, that if this route ever saw the light of day, we'd have the rainbow of different liveries that Greater Anglia continue to use.
Would be a fantastic addition I think. Especially the earlier sections that ride on an embankment and give great views of East London and The City. Victoria and Waterloo runs to the coast are great, but an awful lot of running between trees in their country stages !They could provide at least 2 trains for Greater Anglia and then make others available as further dlc, which could also likely fit onto other lines with new skins. Not forgetting the Overground as well of course. A colourful and many varied route.
This is a must have. Add in the branches too for good measure should also point out that this is my local line
309’s and 308’s, now that would be my preferred era. Along with silver roofed Stratford Duffs on the Norwich services, 31s or maybe 37s on the Harwich boat trains.
If this route was to be made It would feature a lot of trains, 2020 timetable could feature class 90 intercity, class 321(dlc) class 360 for greater Anglia and for tfl it could be the 315, 345(dlc) and for freight could feature 66s or 70s(dlc) in freightliner
