Some members of this community have requested a petition in regards the sounds for the Rivet Class 150 - so I have created one. Feel free to sign if you agree that the audio is not at an acceptable level for a pay-ware release.

    feel free to share etc

Meh. There are trains in TSW with worse sounds. These are un-good, but I would much rather Rivet spend its time on getting the (very poor) driving physics right. Besides, you can bet that within a week some modder will have uploaded an improved sound set.

I think that is the only hope I hold on the sounds now.

40 whole signatories, kind of shows how few people have issues with the sounds.

Personally the only issue I have is the lack of revs before the train moves off. But thats not going to stop me buying it and overall we've seen a vast improvement in the standards compared to their earlier efforts.

Personally and I'm only speaking for me, I do have issues with them but I don't want to sign up to change.org when there's a poll here. I'm sure I'm not the only one mind you which would perhaps negate to some extent the survey.

As noted above I think the email requirement may have put people off. I started getting bombarded with email about other petitions you “might be interested in”, so unsubscribed PDQ, hopefully without removing my vote on the 150 matter.

It’s a lot more than that, the majority just aren’t going to change.org to put that point across.

I'm not sure change.org is the right place to request that a commercial organisation modify one of their products. Rivet already know what needs to be done - if they do it, I might buy the route.

WELL WHY YOU DON’T GO AND DO IT BETTER THEN! No one else has bothered to do anything about it. People wanted a petition set up so I was trying to help. It was the first thing that came up when I searched for ‘create an online petition’. I’ll go and delete the * * * thing then

Come on guys, it's rivet games. It will never be fixed, your best bet to get your message across is to refund the Downloadable Lazy Content or avoid buying in in the first place.
As long as you keep buying this stuff, hoping it will get fixed one day, they'll keep churning out subpar content and leave it like that.

Change.org has rarely been seen for more important things than this one, and even the more "serious" petitions rarely even get noticed by the people that matter.

It's not like setting his petition there has a negative impact on anyone else, worst case scenario he wasted time, best case scenario really gets the point across that more than 40 people here on this forum care enough about the sounds to go and sign up a petition outside the site, so while I can see why someone thinks a petition is overkill for such an issue, I don't understand the hostility towards OP and his intention.
but you need to calm down lol

None of our UK politicians would take a blind bit of notice! (Especially the latest ruling party) They don't give a toss about us anyway! So to expect them to look at a piddly change.org petition! your having a laugh! They don't even listen to their own advisers let alone to themselves.

Appreciate the enthusiasm. But a petition isn't necessary, we've made sure Rivet are aware of how you feel about the sounds on the 150.
