This trophy hasn’t popped whilst running the Bad Things scenario on LGV Méditerranée on PS5. It didn’t pop on the PS4 version either without having to create a new profile. This bug needs to be looked into as it is not reliable at all and shouldn’t have carried over to the PS5 version of the game.
For it to pop on PS4 you had to play offline while you are getting it. That's worked for me. I've not played the PS5 version yet.
