With the change to GSMR on the 313 that see's it illuminated, could I make a suggestion. Would there be a way to display the service Headcode from the timetable, maybe making use of the PIS technology, at least that would then make it feel more realistic without the need to actually enter the Headcode.
The rules state that you can run with just GSM-R GB on the display. So if anything could be changed that would be a starter, just get the head units to show that on starting the cab up.
Just allowing all GSM-R equipped trains to have the display illuminated would be a great improvement for immersion.
I agree, such a basic thing but makes so much difference, I sometimes prefer the little things like this than some of the big new features
