Still waiting for the new plans you guys said were being announced? I saw a post somewhere (maybe Facebook or Xbox feed) that mentioned a new "DLC" planned for April/may involving new venues? Why hasn't there been a proper announcement about this either? Seriously you don't seem to make any effort keeping paying customers interested. Progress updates, hype, engage the community
Hello, You will find we are quite active on our social media keeping customers involved as to what's going on , however there is little point in posting 'still working on it' every day! Once we have a more stable date, we will announce it, along with any other information on what is coming up.
Or when they actually have a clue how to fix the game ,But I wouldn't hold your breath, dovetail get fantastic feedback / ideas from gamers but it's still to be shown they actually listen to the community, tournament issues ignored daily / I could go on for hours but I'd be waisting my breath , thank God it's end of month I'm officially out until there is a distinct improvement / working update.
Unfortunately we cannot integrate every idea that a customer gives us, this is entirely unrealistic, however we do have a road map for future improvements and additional content for the game- this will never be instant as it does take time to develop, test and publish content. We appreciate the patience of our fans whilst we have been quiet about any specific dates and other information; we wouldn't want to give you any false information which is why we can sometimes be ambiguous. Feedback and discussion about our products is definitely encouraged as we do take on board a lot of what our players have to say, however we do ask that you are constructive and polite about it.
