Xbox Dials Change Brightness When Moving Camera

As per thread title, something I've noticed today. Certainly on the 313. When panning the camera around the cab, the speedo and break dials seem to change brightness. Will see if I notice on any other locos. It's only a small thing.

 

I think it's because of the motion blur. As you pan the camera, the bright dials have some small motion blur to them, which makes them seem to shine brighter.

 

I've just tried with motion blur turned off, and that did indeed fix it.
