I am familiar with the prototype having travelled the line a few times in BC Rail days, before it went to CN and the passenger service was ditched. However if you're trying to make a case to a wider audience you need to try and sell a bit harder, starting with a few more details at the minimum a Wikipedia link. You also need to state how and why this would be a profitable venture for DTG.
Wont happen unless DTG can get CN to open up on their license. For whatever reason DTG's CN license only covers CN, and not their own properties. This is why the B&LE route got pulled on TS a few years ago.
