I just turned on my PS4 after a long time being unplugged and updated to the latest version of the game. It would appear all my purcahased DLC that is not preserved collection is gone, and it will not let me re-download it wants me to purchase everything again. I’m missing, Clinchfield, Southeast Highspeed, TGV, Isle of Wight, and Diesel Legends. Please advise as what I can do to retrieve my missing DLC that I have already purchased once.
Contact support. There was a mechanism to do this posted on the tech support or PS forum here but I can't find it
