PlayStation The Games Opening Title Sequence

I would like someone to answer this question as to why the games opening title sequence is disjointed and irratic at best.The issue has been prevailing since prior to rush hour being released but it did not appear when the preserved content was absent during the roll out of Rush hour making me think it had been fixed, however when the preserved collection was available to reinstall the glitch then reappeared and has been there eversince and there doesn't seem to be any discussion about this issue anywhere.

 

I experienced this on PS4, however now I'm on PS5 it's a lot better but really could be a bit more dynamic on start up, less changing of the size of the screens and the Dovetail logo looks slightly off, maybe because of the resolution, I'm not sure but yeah I would agree its had its issues and needs a refresh to run more fluid into the game.
