I don't know if the developers have ever addressed this before, but is there any plan to have native MacOS support for Train Sim World 2 or if it is even possible. I recently bought a macbook pro and it would be interesting to see how it would run TSW2 given it has similar performance to gaming laptops and latest gen consoles.

if there is any plans for it to have native support you'll find it in the roadmap, otherwise it's not being considered at this point in time

With TSW being a Niche product and the gaming world of MacOS also being a very niche group compared to PCs, an consoles, it wouldn't be a wise business decision to put resources to such an effort.

Frankly TSW is the only reason I have a pc.
If it was available for the Mac I'd drop the pc completely.
The utter silence of the Mac is a joy whilst the pc is a noisy bloody nuisance.
Two fans on the box, one each on cpu and power supply and three on the video card all of which need dust removal regularly.

Hope a streaming option becomes available in the future.

I would love it so I can play TSW while travelling with my laptop, and I know that I wouldn't mind swapping my pc for a future iMac with M1 max, but the only problem is the lack of macos adoption with developers.

It's a bit off topic, but I have a Windows PC and it is completely silent. It depends on you wish to invest in good fans and a silent case. It will be as expensive as a Mac then, but noise is avoidable.

Mine is too. Liquid cooling, regular cleaning and high-quality fans can make a PC very quiet.

I’ve been known to blow the dust off the mac one or twice :)
