Skyhook doing horseshoe curve and there the real possibility we might just get to see the first high nose diesel in tsw2,but won't get to drive it unfortunately...I'm referring to the GP9 on static display at the horse curve tourist watch area. One can only hope a GP7 or GP9 high nose will find it's way into tsw2 at some point.
They would have to do those correctly, as in dual controls (one on each side) and not half ass it. NW and SOU locomotives (that have the high hood), are equipped with dual controls. The short hood ones are set up for long hood forward operation, but have only one control stand. It depends on the model. The modern NS locomotives aren't set up this way. But during the rebuilds, the high short hoods got chopped down, and the dual controls removed (one control stand).
