How about offing either a freight or a passenger service base packages In addition to the country based packages (e.g., a US Freight or UK Passenger)? Not sure if I'm alone in this but, I have always enjoyed the freight scenarios and seldom if ever play passenger scenarios, and I'm certain there are people who prefer passenger over the freight... Just a thought
Understandably everyone has a preference, some like a little of both while others like you and I while opposite, prefer one over the other.
there are certain routes that are heavily leaning in one direction vs the other. like Sherman hill and donner pass are freight heavy.
American route: typically a freight route. UK route and German route: typically passenger. There are exceptions to all three.
