Hi, I am running the Class 387 during winter so wheels are slipping frequently. I am trying to drive without the HUD, there seems to be no warning light or any other gadget that informs me about the slipping wheels.
    Am I missing something?

Imho the sander-button ("Traction Sand") should be lighting up in case of a wheelslip, just like in the 377. But you are right, it doesn't seem to do that.

Yep. But usually you can feel (jerky movement) or hear (hissing sound) the wheel slip quite well or see the hands on the speedometer or the brake gauges jump around. And soon you just know anyway at what speed to switch or how much brake you can apply and still avoid wheelslips. The in-game physics seem to be rather consistent in this aspect.
