G6 Gear How To Switch?

Hi can anyone help me out? Where is the switch to change the gear? I could not find it until now.

 

It's the round one to the opposite side of that one one the left of the long one which buzzes when you pull it. Hope that helps

Just a reminder: you can only switch the gear when at a halt. Otherwise the switch does nothing. Count's for some other switches too.

 

Does that also (and potentially how?) affect the hydrodynamic brake?
