I finished a service in Dresden about 3 mini's ago, everything was fine, I was in the middle of closing the game when it crashed at not only that but, THE DATA CORRUPTED! Over 1000 levels down the drain, 100s & 100s of services completed down the drain, along with the collectables, scenarios liveries and custom scenarios!. I won't have minded if I was planning on moving to PS5 but this is the same account I've had since I got the game last year! I'm shocked, angry, sad and disappointed!
Update: just rebuild my ps4 database and it did absolutely nothing! This game really get on my nerves sometimes!
Do you not have cloud saves active? If you do then you could restore your latest save from the cloud.
