This turned out to be one of my favorite DLCs as it's extremely UN-usual. Its not a Tram but a fully fledged locomotive with freight and passenger activity on it whilst on a narrow gauge! The locomotive is also very interesting, very eastern European.

I wasn't too familiar with this side of the world until seeing a few videos of tourists there, it looks like there is far more assets on this line than what the DLC is done, however the main body of the route is there. Turns out, there is tanker cars, more freight than just logs and there are a few more electric locomotives present similar to the German dlc. Will Rivet Game expand this line? It's so unique and cool. Imagine pulling old rusty tanker cars or mixed freight containers, etc and the other locomotives. Could be the star of TSW2 for many years to come

How you manage to play with the loco bouncing ahead everytime you apply power?

What I normally do, because it only dose it once I remember. I apply power just at the 0.5 and let it go nuts, after it calms down, i drive as normal, up to 25kmph mostly. That is a pretty serious flaw with the dlc, someone should really look at that.

A tip: When you applied 0.5 power, as soon as it jumps and glitches cut the power back to 0 again and then take off as desired.

The entire RhB is a giant network, which allows much in terms of routes, rolling stock and maybe network based map.

So if done properly this is a real unique possibility.

The good thing about is, rivet has done already other sections of the Rhb. So i hope they are gonna extend that.

For anyone interested, Paolo uploaded a new Arose - Chur cab ride video yesterday via the Lorirocks777 channel on YouTube. It is done in mid-winter with lots of snow on the ground.

I got hooked on the idea of driving one of these with tanker cars, I hope it gets expanded. I'd buy the next expansion. The possibilities are so incredible. According to the map there we got a slice of the dark blue section. There is potential to expand on this route 9 times. But at least I understand better now where we are right now.

My favorite from TS classic is the St.Moritz to Tirano section. I would love that here but hope Rivet sorts out the issues before they attempt that.

Everytime the train is stationary make sure you have applied the locomotive brakes to full. When it's time to leave release the train brakes and then set the throttle to 0.5, now release the locomotive brakes fully. This should prevent the jolt and make for a smoother startup.

I would prefer Rivet to sort this out, but will try this. Thanks.

Wouldn't we all. I do hope they fix this issue along with the timetable patch that should be released soon. But that's just me being optimistic.

Im not worried about the ge4/4 bug. Next preview stream is rivets annyversary dlc.

Would be embaressing to advertise and show a new product with this much reported acceleration bug.

If This bug appears next thursday on a public stream, i change my mind to "rivet doesnt give a dmn".

    But im optimistc about this.

If you think it would be embarassing, I think you don't know Rivet well, I'm afraid ...

Move the regulator while the brake is applied, then release the brakes and it accelerates slowly.

We will find out on thursday. That rocket bounce puts the ge4/4 in a broken state. Also the trick with brakes applied doesnt work always.

I agree 100%. I think once they have the timetable updated and hopefully the power fix then I hope we get some of this as well!

So I just watched parts of the livery pack preview stream, can someone fill me in as to what fixes are coming to the route? I know that the timetable supposedly has been fixed, and there have been changes to the physics and the sounds. Does these look like improvements from the live stream?

So from tonights stream, the joliting is still prevalant but no way near as severe and Jasper acknowledged they havent managed to fix it completely buts its definately a step in the right direction.

I thought the festive lights etc would be too gimmicky for my tastes but honestly they've been done well and for me atleast dont detract too much from the route.

Ive gone from not going to buy this pack to will pick it up either with my 3Eur voucher for filling in the Rivet survey or in a sale.

£9.99/11.99 EUR & $14.99 feels a very fair price as well (before discounts)

After tonights stream i was impressed, and the way it sounds Rivet finally add freight services to the time table. Price is fair for whats included.

And they managed to ged rid of the Rocket booster, at least to a level which driving the Route is enjoyable again.

I did find the Christmas stuff a bit gimmicky for my taste, but it’s only 2 scenarios and maybe I’ll change my mind when I feel a bit more In a Christmas mood..

But I am pleased at the bug fixes. It’s nice to see Rivet doing something a bit different and I think it’s a reasonable price.

Are you kidding me? The train is still broken and they feel like asking for more money? Unbelievable...

After the VW case, people still queue up to buy their cars despite all the long-term harm done.
The present shows us that a considerable drop in evolution is happening caused by the lack of understanding of how severe things are around us sometimes.

The real issue here is that probably they don't know HOW to fix this issue, hence their attempt to reduce the issue without solving it.
