Well I'm asking if the SD40 even have an alerter is because it's not only Q not doing anything. As far as I see, there aren't even any physical buttons for alerter acknowledgement. Or did you manage to find any?

 

Yes. The foot pedal? (modeled/not interactive).
Like I said, just reporting.
You can turn the system and watch to appear on the HUD (!) but you can not interact with or to acknowledge. BR o7

I don't know how it is IRL in UP SD40s.
The one in the game is partialy fictional.

 

Strange, because it has always worked just fine on the CSX SD40. (There's a big yellow mushroom button to your left to acknowledge)

 

Yeah I couldn't get it to work in the SD-40 either, disappointing.
