Somehow, the YN2 liveried GP38-2 is MIA on Sand Patch (as are all random spawns of custom liveries). Every one is now in YN3b
I can confirm that on Xbox the YN2 GP38 livery does not appear when selected. However, I am still seeing my custom liveries of freight cars appearing in Cumberland yard.
I should clarify: random livery spawns on GP38s are not happening. Cars and the other locos still work fine.
