Today I’m suggesting a German line from Hannover to Wolfsburg for TSW2 The line is approximately 44 miles (71 kilometers) and is fairly straight, it will give similar vibes to Hamburg-Lübeck. The line takes 40-30 minutes to travel on average, giving it a similar time to nahverker Dresden or main spessart Bahn. The rolling stock should include both passenger and freight. The first locomotive should be the BR 1440: For freight around the rail yards, I picked the BR 261: For high speed services I picked the ICE 1: There’s also room for plenty of layers and dlcs for the route. Key features: The rail yard at Wolfsburg is very big and complex, I think it looks very cool and is a great place for free roam senarios. The rail yard branches off from the mainline similar to how Hamburg yard is in Hamburg-Lübeck, it is very large and slightly resembles Cumberland yard on Sand Patch Grade, and it has tons of branch lines into warehouses that are similar to Oakville Subdivision. I also think the warehouses should be most definitely accessible to go inside by train as it opens the door for plenty of senarios. route map: Overview: I think this route would be a great addition, it has lots of rolling stock and neat corners of the route that are unique, what do you think?
The BR261 could also be used for normal freight and a scenario where it pulls a broken ICE train and the BR 101 should be driven there too.
You as well add in the Laaers 560 loading dock at Wolfsburg for VW Plant. Idea for the Train on top the BR1440 it's owned by Metronom a TS22 operator that DTG has the license for. Owners of Hannover Wolfsburg can use the BR1440 on RRO S8 Hagen Wuppertal Düsseldorf Mönchengladbach services.
