Xbox Derailed

On London commuter timetable service IR04 London Victoria to reigate 6.07 am , a train derails about 5 seconds into service but don't know which one . Also sometimes when click on this service it crashes to dashboard. Series x . Anyone had this issue.

 

Just tried this service running it on time but only as far as the Thames river , I didn’t experience any failure but a train waiting to get into Victoria was derailed

 

Strange I can't even get passed opening doors without service ending .

 

Let me have a test on series S

 

Thought I would try it again only this time I spawned on foot and it worked fine
