Copy And Paste Not Working In World Editor

Hi Everyone, the copy and paste function has suddenly stopped working in the world editor, I've tried reinstalling with no success, has anyone got any idea why this has happened.

We don't know which route this has happened on for other to try.
Is the route locked?

 

This is happening on all routes.

 

Do copy and paste work outside TS20XX??
Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V working?
Run wimdows diagnostics - sfc /scannow, DxDiag, etc?

 

copy and paste works just fine out of TS, I can copy and paste tracks, roads etc without a problem, scenic items such as buildings, clutter and vegetation will not copy and paste.
