Am I missing something, or is there a way to turn up the alerter noise for the 387/2 on London Commuter? The sound is so soft I can barely even hear it over the already fairly mute train noise. I've even noticed that sometimes the sound doesn't even go off, just the light. It's very frustrating to have you emergency brakes lock up after not even hearing the alert in the first place. If it's not changeable in cab, I really hope DTG ups the volume for this in a future patch to compare to the volume that German and other British trains have in game, or at the least, make the sound work consistently.
Yeah the sound is 100% one of their major issues, and I don't understand how they can not just adjust the volume through Development. Do they not read the mountains of comments regarding it? The Alerter Sound sometimes not going off is a known bug, which "may" get fixed one day. I make it a habit when going through Amber Signals to look at the Sunflower to try and prevent a E-Brake from the Sound not Alerting me.
