Is This Even Supposed To Happen?

Check the pictures, the track and signals just disappeared?

 

I have had the same issue with almost any sort of track I am on.
The graphics for this game are terrible.
I get tress that will pop in 1 second before I pass them. I have watched a bridge pop in section by section in the distance. I have had tracks disapear for sections at a time. I have seen NPCs through signs.
