Depends. 4K has higher quality graphics but it might have a performance hit, particularly if you’re running on a PC that’s not State of the Art. I’m on Xbox One X and find that 4K usually runs fine but found that I get better results on a busy route such as London-Brighton (i.e. fewer crashes) by switching to HD.
