Some (newer DLC) trains require the master key to be switched on: the default position is off (eg the 323 in the Birmingham Cross Rail). But I’ve noticed there doesn’t seem to be any default direction to indicate on/off (left to right, or up or down), and there’s isn’t always lettering to indicate. Is there any discernible pattern (eg type/vintage of train)? With the 323, I’ve noticed that sometimes it can be turned ‘manually’ with the mouse, other times only Ctrl+W seems to work…

Notice that on is E-W on for the Birmingham 323 and the new Chatham 375 I had a look at today. Will have a look at others....
