Hello, I just bought Tharandter Rampe on the playstationstore but it is impossible to download the PS5 version error code CE-107880 appears only the PS4 version is being loaded, this is very frustrating have you been aware of this problem?
Same issue here on the Switzerland PS Store. Hopefully it’s just taking it’s time to come through the system. PS4 version downloaded ok.
Hey tsw2020tgp this is currently being looked into by our retail team as a priority, as we understand it's something impacting PS5 users only. I will keep you updated as soon as we get more information.
Truly. But this isn‘t limited to DTG, I‘ve had other games suffer the same issue on launch - PS5 version refuses to download with an error code while the PS4 version works fine.
Having all the DLC for TSW2 I already have to make choices in my routes because of 64's limitation ,if to this are added new problems the investment made in the purchase of a PS5 to improve the gaming experience of TSW2 becomes less. I hope this new problem will be resolved today.
I hope it gets resolved today as well. But past history of PS5 issues suggest it might not be. I‘d deleted all my UK DLC to make sure I was under 64gb :-(
It is a shame to be faced with all these problems because TSW2 is a very good game, I have 1220 hours of play time on it. I hope more attention will be paid to the players on PS5 as this platform is the financial future of TSW2.
Thanks Nat, I realised that, but I was already at the limit, so had to delete some things in preparation.
Another day, another DTG PS5 balls up. What is it this time, wrong build uploaded or was it another instruction document given to you by Sony that you failed to read It's weird though as I bet DTG don't get an error code from my bank at anytime when purchasing goods from DTG.

Having done a little check online, this thread popped up from the Outriders subreddit. I've not checked the workaround (I don't have a PS5), but is anyone able to confirm if the instructions there work? "I just had the error myself. Go ahead and download it from the PSN store website. If you try to queue it and it doesn't start downloading. Cancel the download and re-queue it to download again. dtg_jd tried this earlier and again just now to add the screen, no luck oh and clicking on details gives the message “Something went wrong, try again” saw the same work around and few goes, zilch.
Hi JD, I found that and checked this and it didn't work. There is also a suggestion to refresh the Licence files. That didn't work either. I can confirm that PS4 is working fine. Just PS5 is having problems.
No, this does not work. The error code and message pop up as soon as you try to download, therefore it does not go into the download queue to be able to cancel it. So this is not a workaround for anything
In the store in my country (Spain) they appear in duplicate. When looking at each one in detail they are apparently identical. It's all quite strange, I won't buy until it's sorted out
Headless chicken is a tad harsh. Our retail team are working with Sony to help resolve this issue. We will update you when we have more information.
Sorry Nat but look at it from this perspective Like alot of us PS5 TSW 2 players I have to delete content to get a new DLC to load (over 150 quids worth of content deleted). Now on top of that the new DLC won't even download. So you say I am being a tad harsh, yet from my viewpoint I am being incredibly reserved. If I said what I wanted to say, well I think you would be deleting a post about now
Maybe it is. However, it should be easy to understand that players are frustrated when they paid for a product that doesn't even download.
The dlc limit happened after a sony update, so I don't hold DTG directly responsible for what happened here. If sony hadn't imposed a ridiculous 64 Gb limit we wouldn't have this problem now. Of course DTG must now fix it because it's their product and they have to stick to what sony dictates if they want to keep working on ps5. Maybe there was a lack of communication, or DTG knew about it and didn't act in time? We will never know. What I want to imply is that it is not fair to demonize DTG for what is happening today, who knows if it is their fault, after what has happened lately how can we know who is responsible? We are trying to be cautious, they have recognised the mistake straight away and are working to fix it, so we will have to be patient.
Guys, no need to blame it on the devs and harass them. Seriously. This is probably some PlayStation Store-related issue no one could have anticipated.

I wonder if the releases of 2022 can go along with lesser apologies, asking the customerbase for patience and hectic conversations with Sony and/or MS on release day than before... so that the release livestreams shouldn't have to start with workaround explantions, apologies and 'we are aware of xy'... Not really a fun part of your work, is it?
The issue today is actually unrelated to the 64GB download limit. Its just another screw up which are all to frequent However in regards to the 64GB limit we already know what happened. Sony provided documentation as to the new policy for the DLC limit. However DTG didn't actually read the document, they just looked at the index and decided there wasn't anything there that concerned them (this was admitted to by Matt during a livestream) This should not have been an issue to begin with, as DTG should have had everything sorted before the PS5 version even released. Instead, we are nearly 6 months into dealing with deleting content to make way for other contect
I'm pretty sure it's nothing DTG are directly responsible for (see my comment above on other games suffering the same issue). Almost seems like someone at Sony needs to tick a box for the PS5 version to go live and frequently forgets to do so. It's just hard to remain objective and calm when the PS5 version seems to suffer from a new issue or limitation on a weekly basis.
As far as I’m concerned, the issue has happened, it was reported here and acknowledged by DTG within 15 minutes. At this stage it Doesn‘t matter who’s fault it is, so long as it’s fixed. Mistakes happen and it’ll be put right. Venting on here isn’t going to make the fix happen any quicker and I doubt it makes anyone feel better either. Yes it’s frustrating especially with the other PS 5 issues. But ranting doesn’t really help.
Not only that.... You forgot the part that we (ps5) are the only with no trophys on some locos and routes and cannot use the transfer the save file from ps4... Just gets better and better... Ridiculous...
Yeh i stopped buying dlc... I wanted to buy this one but waited to see... And i am happy i was not wrong... Already said here on the forums one time" i will not buy new dlc till at least the 64gb problem is fixed..." I was thinking on break my own rule for this dlc. But just opend my eyes again...
Now appears to be working as just downloaded and completed the introduction not that DTG have told us.
I honestly did not know this. If that is the case, it's pretty unfortunate. DTG is not a small company and it is unacceptable that such mistakes happen.
i guess ill not be downloading this today unless it gets fixed. i got home from work early as well to play it grrrrrr

Just purchased this and it's downloading fine for me on PS5 (using the PS5 version) in the UK. Perhaps this is because I didn't try while it was broken. Wonder if there is any way of clearing your PSN cache on PS5? If not you might just have to wait. I've just got to decide what DLC to delete now!
i have now downloaded it and its now working for me, once i had deleted arosa line to make way for it
Just tried: German PSN Store Berlin time zone at 18:05 No luck. Tried both the workaround and just normal downloading and just got the error code.
Downloaded 2hrs ago and completed Introduction, 1st Training Module and 1st scenario with no issues. In the UK. DTG’s theme song should be Silence Is Golden. No update from them for hours.
