It’s up to DTG and other third party devs if they want to build a new route from scratch for TSW 2.
Yes, 3 routes from TS20xx that were also developed for TSW2 are Clinchfield Railroad, Peninsula Corridor, and Sherman Hill
Isle of Wright, great western express (edit), South Eastern Highspeed, Cathcart circle i think. Also German routes etc Regards Hentis
London to Brighton, Horseshoe Curve, West Somerset, maybe others that don't come to mind right now. Not Cathcart , though.
Basically every route from the Isle of Wight to the Cathcart Circle was a route that was previously in Train Simulator. Then there are plenty of older routes too, such as Ruhr Sieg (Nord) and the Peninsula Corridor.

TS22 German routes in TSW 2 are HMA ( TS22 Has access to Munchen Hbf Tief) RSN (TS22 Version went down to Siegen with steam locomotive) Riesa-Dresden & Hamburg-Lubeck (TS22 Sold own it's own for $19.99 or bundled with Hamburg S-Bahn S1 for $24.99) . US routes in TS 22 that is in TSW 2 are Penninsula Commute (TS22 went down to Gilroy) Sherman Hill (TS22 version has a bundle) & Horseshoe Curve (TS22 in PRR Era)
