S-bahn Berlin

Today, I am suggesting the Berlin S-Bahn for TSW 2. It is a unique system, in that it uses completely different rolling stock and a different livery to the rest of the S-Bahn networks in Germany. I am suggesting the S3 and S9 Lines, with multiple Regional Lines to go along with it. Think of the route like the Munich - Augsburg route without any ICE Trains, and with Full Lines.

Es ist ein einzigartiges System, da es völlig andere Fahrzeuge und eine andere Lackierung als die anderen verwendet der S-Bahn-Netze in Deutschland. Ich schlage die Linien S3 und S9 mit mehreren regionalen Linien vor. Stellen Sie sich die Route wie die Route München - Augsburg ohne ICE-Züge und mit vollen Linien vor.

Yeah. The Berlin S-Bahn really differentiates itself from the other S-Bahn Systems.

We definitely need the Berlin S Bahn, I would love to see the S41/S42 Ring Bahn because it only goes around and it would technically never end, because you can always go around

 

It's not that easy unfortunately. The "Ringbahn" is a massively huge project, even if it is only 39km long.

 

Yeah that's true because it has a lot of stations, but still it would be cool

 

That's understandable, there would probably be issues with directing trains in-front of others, or dealing with the performance because of the Scenery. What about some of the other lines though, like the S1/S3/S9?

 

Doesn't really matter what line it is, they are all complicated in their own way. The ring line is propably the best choice if you ask me and i'm happy to show you something. But this means nothing at the moment. What i was trying with this, is to get the ATKIS GDM LIDAR 1m data into TSW what is a really really huge bunch of work. But, it worked out well at the end. And honestly, i don't want to go further yet. It needs time to consider if this is really doable or not. There are so much problems to solve.

Ich würde gerne Mal die Berliner S Bahn in TSW 2 fahren, ich habe es mir nicht auf TS geholt weil es für mich viel bequemer und realistischer überhaupt züge in TSW zu fahren

I hope the S-Bahn Berlin comes to TSW.

 

Really excellent idea but there is a problem DTG will need to know how the train protection system works the only thing that will carry over from the existing German routes is Sifa and some signals. For some of the community members that played train Sim 22 try making this as S25 26 Heart of Berlin. Bundle can be called Nahverkehr Berlin if another S-Bahn Berlin was made

In addition to the U-Bahn Berlin route, another route I would like to have in Train Sim World 2 is the U-Bahn Frankfurt.


Currently this route is only available in TS Simulator.
She is my favorite route. I would love to have her on TWS2.

You have it on TSC? If so then you can have both

 

Well it would certainly benefit from being able to have a full timetable (subject to the save game of course) rather than just a few fixed scenarios - though I think there are something like 11 Career scenarios on the TSC version so not too bad. At least the Dostos are confined to being AI traffic on the section where S25 runs parallel to the main lines!
