I do not possess a large knowledge of each detail of this train, however it is a very good and powerful Multi-System locomotive that come in multiple forms such as Diesel or Electric. Vectrons used by Deutsche Bahn and private companies most notably MRCE, BLS, ČD Cargo and Railpool.
Here are some of it's Variants found on Wikipedia :

Vectron MS: multi-system locomotive with 6400 kW (~)/ 6000 kW (3 kV =)/ 3500 kW (1.5 kV =) [15] power and 160 or 200 km/h top speedVectron AC high power : AC locomotive with 6400 kW power and 160 or 200 km/h maximum speed (German series designation 193)Vectron

AC medium power : AC locomotive with 5600 kW power and 160 km/h top speedVectron DC medium power : DC locomotive with 5200 kW power and 160 or 200 km/h maximum speed (German series designation 191)Vectron DE: diesel-electric locomotive with 2400 kW power and 160 km/h maximum speed (German series designation 247)

Vectron Dual Mode (DM): Two-power locomotive (dual mode) for 15 kV AC voltage and diesel engine with 2000 kW power at the wheel, 160 km/h maximum speed and an axle load of maximum 22.5 t (German series designation 248)

Vectron Dual Mode light (DM light): Two-power locomotive (dual mode) for 15 kV AC voltage and diesel engine with 750 kW power at the wheel, 120 km/h maximum speed and an axle load of maximum 21 t

The Electric Variant is able to use voltages from 1.5 kV to 25 kV.
It would be a nice addition to the game since we do have the ACS64 and the ES64u2 which are made by Siemens Mobility. I would personally love this locomotive as I love the BR182 and BR182 MRCE which I usually choose to drive despite the non MRCE variant usually carries sleeper cars from what people have told me and from what I have seen on my journies.

There's two versions of ÖBB 1293 001-085 Italy Slovenia former Czechoslovakia Equipped while 173-200 have Belgium Netherlands Hungary Serbia Equipment. There's also a Yellow and Blue ELL NS version seen as AI on Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr Duisburg Hbf since it's the last station on Hollandstrecke Duisburg-Oberhausen-Arnhem HDA

An Austrian route or train DLC would be absolutely amazing, I've only been to Austrian once but it is a very nice and peaceful place. I have seen the ÖBB Railjet in Zürich Hauptbahnhof and it is quite a unique train I would love to drive in TSW2. All we can do now is hope that maybe some of these suggestions might be added to the game.

That train also operates on Hauptstrecke München-Augsburg as the 08:40 Augsburg Hbf 09:10 München Hbf the evening trip is 20:43 München Hbf 21:13 Augsburg Hbf. Furthermore you have overnight service 22:50 München Hbf 23:23 Augsburg Hbf trips done by ÖBB 1116 Nightjet in the Future ÖBB 1293s

It'd be quite a good idea for a Haupstrecke München - Augsburg DLC. It much potential to bring some life to it, I do understand if it'd be complicated due to layers or something but it would be so awesome on on TSW2. it would also bring some good memories to me personally.

The poll needs option "Yes, if it is introduced along with a route that's not in Germany".

Austrian routes can fit in with this locomotive since ÖBB has them has ÖBB 1293

This loco would also fit perfectly on the new swiss route:

    Just saying!

Vectron sounds like a home computer from the '80s.

I really like Vectrons but I feel like we have a pretty good range of freight locos at the moment- the need to expand in other areas is more pressing. Therefore I’d like to see it initially in a passenger variant, with coaches to match. The best options therefore would be the Czech locos used on Berlin - Prague services, or maybe the Belgian variant. It’s a loco with a huge amount of possibilities though.

You mean SNCB HLE18 Siemens that needs Liège Aachen Railway L37. Combine L37 with SKA you would see this appear on the West side of the station every 08:15 because it's the locomotive for the Sleeper train Innsbruck München Würzburg Aschaffenburg Köln Aachen Brussels Midi from Aachen Hbf voltage change.

DSB have them too. They also have the 1000th Vectron, in its own special livery. This would be a fantastic addition.
