So, I have been playing a lot of London Commuter this week and I noticed this several times. The doors at the back where another train can join are often open and do not have the option to close. I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue and I am not sure if it is limited to PC or not, but I haven't yet seen it on any other route. I have uploaded additional images as I know the original is at night.
I have this same problem om XBOX One X. Only happens on 4 car trains but quite often or even always when driving a 4 car. Inner doors I can open / close but not the outer yellow ones. This is always at the back end of the train.
