Unable To Purchase Caltrain Mp36ph-3c

I’ve got TSW2 and am unable to purchase the Caltrain MP36PH-3C for the Peninsula Corridor on Steam. Any tricks to buy it? It’s on sale now on steam, and I see it on the preserved collection set.

What do you mean you're unable to buy it? There is no purchase button on the page?

 

I can select it, but when I try to check out it states I don’t have the base game TSW. I have TSW2.

 

TSW version of this DLC is not the same purchase as TSW 2 version. Both are discounted. Check again, you choose the right product.
