    Okay, but when creating a new discord server for something, a more pertinent question to ask yourself is not "why not?" but "What does this offer the community which is not already available?"

    The other 2 discord servers have DTG staff in them, and are quite active.

    Well it offers the community an opertunity to see how well newbies to discord servers like me and how well we can do which would then give us new guys more confidence and willing to put more time and effort into it

    Okay but it's not all about the DTG staff it's about the community which involves everyone not just staff these discord servers is where we can share ideas with eachother not having DTG there 24/7

    You can't stop a public server from having DTG staff members. It's best to use what's available and most widely accepted.

    I run a tsw discord, while it's not majorly populated, it is a chilled a server with some DTG staff there
