I wonder what is the desired/ comfortable braking force in kN for the passengers in the German trains? I also would like to know for the acceleration please.

For acceleration, passenger trains are usually started with < 20kN per traction motor after which you can turn it up to 40-50kN per traction motor. I believe the official rule is that you mustn’t exceed 1m/s^2. I’m not quite sure about braking, but I remember reading that a normal service application should not exceed a 1bar reduction in the brake pipe.
