PC M3 Doors Not Closing

When trying to close the doors via the Y or U keybinds on the LIRR M3, the door closing procedure seems to be stuck in an endless loop.

 

You need to set master controller into max brake, and the door can close

 

Is that notch 10 or notch 11 on the combined throttle/brake lever?

 

notch 10 on braking range
