Hi, I noticed that your BR 363 shunter is missing 1 object on the inside of the cabin, the 2nd man's seat and on the outside there are 2 empty slots. I've highlighted the areas of interest.
I don't know about the holes behind the vents, but the second man's position is not a missing object. There is no seat there, you are standing and controlling the train while stood up. There is not supposed to be anything there.
