This Canadian Pacific ES44AC is the Mid-Train Helper of a 150 car long intermodal train, heading towards Revelstoke. Loco: Canadian Pacific ES44AC Route: Canadian Mountain Passes
It's a snowy and foggy day on the Canadian Mountain Passes, and these 2 SD60's are the Mid-Train Helpers of a large potash consist heading towards Glenogle. Loco: EMD SD60 Route: Canadian Mountain Passes
I have to be stretching a bit... Don't want to share my CMP grain train yet again My entry doesn't focus much on the mid-consist Cab Forward, but there is one included! This would be the focus shot but meh.
44839 working hard as a banker on a heavy coal train with a double headed Thompson B1 combo leading. Loco:- Stanier Class 5 (Black 5), Thopson B1 (x2) Route:- The Woodhead Pass
47501 on the rear of the Northern Belle Pullman service from York to Harrogate. Loco:- Class 47 (DRS Reskin) Route:- (OTS) Harrogate Line
I had the same problem so I downloaded the following and swapped them out in TSTools Class 47 DRS Pack https://www.dpsimulation.org.uk/dpsreskins.html Armstrong Powerhouse Northern Belle Pullman Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3 Pack https://backdatedtrainsim.weebly.com/coaching-stock.html Class 47790 Northern Belle (Nattydred) https://www.dpsimulation.org.uk/miscreskins.html My only small gripe is the coaches are un-named but I can live with that for now. Hope that helps. P.S. For a real treat swap out the 47 for the Class 57 Northern Belle. It' so much better.
If it's missing then you do not have the AP43 pack. It is now discontinued but you can still download the extra stock pack with the 47 reskins.
Wait, I have the AP class 43s (all 3 versions) so you aren't referring to an HST there. I guess you mean the class 47s When did AP remove the CL47 pack? I know they removed one recently but I thought that was the class 40 '40145' pack which I own (purchased from steam before removal).
Apologies, when AP did scenario packs they were labeled AP1, AP2 and so on. AP43 was a scenario pack based on the Wherry Lines when the 47s worked the loco hauled services and the London-Yarmouth runs. They did reskins of multiple DRS and NB 47s that were included in that pack and they are the ones used on the Harrogate Loop scenario.
Pulling out of Bank Top, Darlington, an LMS 4MT helps as a banker on a train loaded with new Mini cars heading for Durham.
You can try emailing AP or this was the link I was provided with when asking who had the packs for a scenario I was making (so I wasn't making a scenario people couldn't play!) www.armstrongpowerhouse.com/free_download/AP43_Extra_Stock.zip You can change the AP43 part for each scenario pack.
I delayed this a bit hoping to get a few more shots, but oh well. Anyway, here are the results: 3rd place: Cragie-C with this shot of a rather cool-looking train. 2nd place: Cscarpenter with a great full-train shot. 1st Place: Joerg Kuenscher with a lovely shot on Solider Summit. Congrats to all! Joerg Kuenscher, next week is yours!
Wow......, this is really a surprise for me.... Thank you very much. And now I have a question. How can I set the next theme?
You can set the next theme just by thinking of one, whatever you want it to be, that will be theme. For example, if you want it to be freight trains in America, you can do freight trains in America. You can do any theme you want.
I didn't enter this week because I hardly ever drive US routes or US freight even though I own 7 or 8 US freight routes.
Same honestly, however recently I have certainly been trying to get into the US routes, because there is a lot to offer. I have a couple that I've been playing, and a couple I want to get when they are on sale.
Well done Joerg, a worthy winner. P.S. Thanks for a great theme for next week, always good when the theme allows a wide variation of options.
Yes, that's the only problem, it's a great feeling when you win but frustrating as hell not being able to take part.
