I would like to propose this as German route suggestion, as it would open up massive amount of possiblities for german players. excuse my englisch, as I am based in Germany.

The "Kinzigtalbahn" has everything that you would ask for in a German route. It´s 100 Km in length and starts off from Frankfurt Main Station (allready avaible in TS). Then runs over the river Main to Frankfurt Süd Station (also avaible in TS). Afterwards it seperats to two different branches. One running along Mainthal Ost and the Frankfurt Ost Freight Yard and other one running through Offenbach and Offenbach Freight Yard, allready giving us two different opportunities for freight and regional services. The ICE services also can run in too Frankfurt via both lines, so it would be essential to represent both in the game.
Afterwards the lines join up in the City of Hanau. Hanau has never been refurbished and has a very old and rusty look about it. It even includes semaphore signals (the only major passanger station in Germany that still has them!). It´s also a terminus for S-Bahn Frankfurt, regional services and even stopping point for some ICE services.

After Hanau the line becomes "highspeed" including LZB for about 20 Kilometers... as this Highspeed line is not completed yet, the route returns to PZB and 160 Kmh Speed limit around Gelnhausen. Afterwards the line runs through the scenic Kinzig valley and passes by Wächtersbach and Bad Soden, where more local services from Frankfurt terminate.
Through Steinach and Schlüchtern the route then runs up the mountains before running through a long tunnel to Flieden, where the line from Würzburg joins. Just before Fulda, the Highspeed Line Hannover-Würzburg also joines.
The ending point of the route in Fulda is major Station for ICE in Germany. Most services stop here and allthough Fulda is only a small town, it serves as a interchanging ICE Station for passangers coming from Harburg or Berlin and traveling on to Frankfurt or Munich. It´s very busy with ICE trains coming in and out of the station 10 - 20 times an hour. Also the RE50 from Frankfurt terminates in Fulda and enables players to do a full regional run.
Another special future of Fulda: It´s the main point for many freight companies doing driver changes (middle of Germany). So it´s a natrual end and starting point for freight scenarios that could take you as far as Karlsruhe, Köln, Trier or Offenburg using the other German routes avaidable in Train simulator.

This route just offeres everything! You can run countless ICE and freight services plus do full runs on local and regional services. It has LZB, PZB, semaphore signals, modern signals, valleys, mountains, bridges and tunnels. Furthermore it offeres many possibles to do connecting scenarios to Frankfurt-High Speed, Frankfurt-Koblenz and other routes! What else could ask for in one route?

    Greetings
    Tom

Does this connect to other routes in the area? I know we have a Frankfurt route already, so if it connects and services might run along both, it definitely has a calling for inclusion just for merging the routes.
