So, since I've been here since 07 July, it's time I introduced myself.... I was born in Munich in 1960. My father was a graduate engineer in locomotive construction at Krauss-Maffei, so I was born into the railway world. I grew up between the BR65, the V200 and the USA ML 4000 C′C diesel locomotives and eventually also completed an apprenticeship as a machinist at Krauss-Maffei. Now I am professionally active in a different way, but the subject of railways has never left me. I have been playing TS since December 2011, at that time still Railworks 3. Regards Jörg.
Yes hayward.john48 I know. I was lucky enough to spend my summer holidays as a child with my grandparents in Meiningen, in what was then the GDR. Steam locomotives without end and the famous Reichsbahnausbesserungswerk, RAW.
My favourite places in München are the Ostbahnhof, Donnersbergerbrucke and Trudering (for the freight)
