The code I got was: Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION 0x00000001e0bbe7a0 TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping TS2Prototype_Win64_Shipping kernel32 ntdll Anyone know what this may mean? I had it as I was approaching South San Francisco station, about 700 yards away. I haven't messed with my engine.ini, however have a few mods installed. However all of them are for UE4.26, and none are related to this route.
Uninstall all mods, remove DX12 if you use it and try again. This probably will not solve the issue, but you never know.
Yeah I guess I will have to try this. Shouldn't have to tbh, it's just extra unnecessary work the way I see it. But will try it either tonight or tomorrow and post an update.
UPDATE: After removing my mods, I was able to run a whole service without any crashes. However I did come across some visual bugs. These were there just while the trains were stationary, as soon as they departed the lines disappeared.
I also had a crash in game yesterday on this route, as you have. I assumed it was because i had not shut the sim down for a while. I still get the crash after shutting down. But not from some pause menu mentioned tonight. I have no mods or DX12.
It's interesting that this happened while you don't have any mods. I was very sure that my own had nothing to do with the crash too.
UPDATE: Just ran a service, and once again on the approach to South San Francisco station, the game crashed. I have no mods, no liveries, and don't use DX12. This is one Adam and his team should definitely take a look at. Going to leave Peninsula Corridor alone for a while.
Yeah, luckily they don't occur too far into the route, but if they did, that could be over an hour completely wasted. Intel CPU, AMD graphics card, RX580 8GB to be specific.
It may well have something to do with AMD, who Knows Over the last day I'm having a lot less issues with the UR crash when leaving the game.
I also have this issue. I have amd cpu and gpu. I'm not using dx12 and I have no mods installed that should effect this route
I have a nvidia card and same problems.. crash while i drive a route! It isn't something to pc releated i guess more a big issue in the game it self! I play more unreal games without any issue like this!
Ive not been back on the "Cal Tran" in recent weeks, but looks like an update may have solved the issue.
Also seeing crashes on this route. Really quite frustrating, would be nice if it gets fixed soon, but not holding out much hope at this point. Seems to mainly happen when switching to external view.
Having the same issue, I can't run a single service without game crashing near SSF. View from the cab, Intel CPU and nVidia GPU. So the route is practically unplayable. Never having any crashes on other routes. It's a real shame as I've spent my money on both loco DLC:s and used to enjoy the route a lot before, but DTG dont seem to bother...
Hi, This is the only road where I have crashes! Note that crashes occur mainly with the F40PH, only in journey mode or in Time Table Services. Also note that the F40PH in Time Table mode has no engine sound. No problems in the 5 scenarios. I've been using TSW2 for a while now and I was quite pleasantly surprised by the stability of the program...but with this route...omg! Peninsula Corridor, TSW2, PC, config in signature. Richard.
