Does Tsw2 Run Streamed From Steam Server Or My Pc

Windows 11 PC, Steam program on C:/ drive.. TSW2 game files on a 2tb K:/ drive
On my screen desktop icon TSW2 game icon properties URL is: Steam://rungameid/nnnnnnn
Is my TSW2 game running from the Steam server computer? or from my PC's K:/ drive?

 

The desktop shortcut is basically telling Steam to run TSW2 from wherever it is installed, it is not directly referencing the .exe file like a traditional shortcut does. So if TSW2 is installed on K:/ drive, then it is running from K:/ drive. Not sure what you mean by "Steam server computer".

 

Thanks, I am used to programs being run by clicking on the .exe file the tradition way.
