Since getting the new DLC, I have been having a ball driving the 423 in the S-Bahn services on the KA. It makes that $10s a good investment.

Indeed, the sounds are lot better than BR 422 IMO. It gives you more sense of speed, kind of.

It’s a personal favorite. The sounds, the physics, and the gauge cluster make it such a great loco to drive and it is excellent for HUD free driving as well.

    Don't forget Maik's color-coded accelerometer.

Can’t say I’m impressed with the SKA Journey Mode choice so far. Currently running the one where you have to trundle along at 49 km/h due to a snowstorm. Speed restriction imposed… except all the AI blasting past at line speed while I’m counting sheep waiting for the next station.

Yes, never thought I'd call driving an EMU a lot of fun, but, for some reason, this one is.

OldVern, I stopped doing Journey mode sometime ago and drive from the timetable so have missed those little 'fun' run. Yes, that colour coded accelerometer is nice, it makes it so much easier to see what your throttle/brake settings are doing, and hope to see it in other DLC.
