Just started playing TSW2 on PS4 and haven't seen where this has been discussed before, so I apologize if it has, but I noticed all Bakerloo trains used for commuter service have been placed backward on the tracks. The only trains I've found placed correctly on the tracks are the five stationary trains at London Road Depot located outside the shed, but these are never used in any services. The configuration of the trains is correct, e.g., <Cab35XX + 45XX + 34XX + <Cab33XX + 43XX + 42XX + 32XXCab>, but the game has this configuration operating in the wrong direction, with the 32XXCab> end heading Northbound instead of Southbound and the <Cab35XX end heading Southbound instead of Northbound. Odd-numbered Cabs (35XX, 33XX) should always be facing Northbound, and even-numbered Cabs (32XX) always facing Southbound. The 7-car trains just need to be turned 180 degrees in the game to have the correct orientation on the track to match how they operate in real life. On a lesser note, the 'middle section' of seats in the 34XX cars is positioned parallel to the side of the train similar to all 4XXX numbered trailer cars, but instead, should match the seating arrangement of the Cab cars by being positioned perpendicular to the sides of the train. Nonetheless, the BKL line is a pleasure to play, but if DTG would pay more attention to the details, this game could be a great train sim.
What a fantastic analysis, I don't think that even here in Brazil I could be as accurate as you and the trains here, congratulations, it's a minimal detail but it makes a difference for enthusiasts.
Train orientation is important, but since Bakerloo trains look identical at both ends, it's not as critical as if, for example, the passenger trains on Peninsula Corridor had been oriented backward---that would have been a major issue! So, without knowing the directional numbering convention used on the Bakerloo line, the only other visual indication the train orientation is backward in the game is recognizing the 33XX Cab car located in the middle of the train, having a white-painted cab front, is facing in the wrong southbound direction---although, recognizing this may only apply to experienced riders or enthusiasts. For me, the incorrect orientation detracts somewhat from the immersive experience, but as I've said before, I still really enjoy this route.
