Xbox Creators Club: I Can Upload But I Can’t Download

    When I subscribe to something, it just continues to endlessly load and won’t turn green, and I really don’t want to risk logging out as I have huge mastery progress

    Update: I can no longer upload, hopefully this gets fixed so I don’t have to log out

    If you log out and log back in it will not affect your progress on mastery.

    Update: it’s letting me publish again but I still can’t subscribe, and I know I’m not out of space as I have 1,009mb available

    Update: there have even been a few liveries that I’ve subscribed and haven’t received, one of them I tried unsubscribing and subscribing back but it still wouldn’t subscribe

    I'm having the same issues only that i can't upload my own livery designs or scenarios its really annoying me as i can upload other users liveries and scenarios I've tried logging out and logging in again even restarting my console and still nothing, I'm getting really annoyed with on going issues with DTG with more and more problems and no solutions.

    DTG…. If your gunna put out a BETA of something.. I.E the Creators Club.. please listen to the community. And at least give us some insight as to wtf is wrong. I’ve literally let my game try to Subscribe to Download a livery for over 2 hours, and it’s continues to load and load….

    yup same issue here. Nothing happens. I don't even know how to log out. I'm on ps4

    If you are new to Creator's Club you will need to sign out of Dovetail Live, and sign back in to start using it.

    1. Open the Game
    2. Go to the Options screen and Log out of Dovetail Live
    3. Restart the game and then Log In to Dovetail Live
    To access options from the main menu you will need to select a route first. If you do not wish to automatically load a journey when selecting a route from the main menu, then you will need to disable "Auto Load Journeys" from the settings menu. You can access the settings menu by pausing the game and holding the L1/Left Bumper button to show Options.
    How to disable "Auto-load Journeys"
    1. Open Train Sim World 2
    2. Go to Settings, Game
    3. Scroll down to "Auto-load Journeys"
    4. Change this option to Off
    5. Press Apply
