Hi all, After updating to the new version, I uploaded a couple of liveries. This worked fine. Wanting to upload a next one, I took a Talent 2 in custom livery for a spin on Köln-Aachen. I stopped the train just outside Köln Hbf to take a few screenshots. Then I opened the menu and chose to go back to the main menu. A blue error screen pops up and the game crashes. Upon restarting the game, I receive a message "can't load savegame, data corrupted", the game loads further and after loading this message pops up again. Now I find that my profile is erased and all savegames are gone. Restarting ps4 and the games changes nothing. The only option I get after loading the game is "create new profile", as if it were my first time ever to play the game. I'm at level 398 and do not wish to lose all of my progress. I'm on a regular ps4, have every available dlc installed and just don't know what to do... Has anyone else experienced this?
For now until it's looked into, do you have PS Plus and can you restore your save from the cloud backup there?
I had this happen to me back in august and had to start over from scratch. Didn’t have a back up. That was the trigger that pushed me to get a PS5- I figured if I’m starting over, I’m starting over on a new platform.
I'm thinking the same. Been trying to find a ps5 in Belgium for over a year now. Just impossible to find one for sale.
Yeah Steve, I've had a bunch of gamebreakers due to high level profile anomalies! Not necessarily blue screens, but impossible to complete runs due to traffic pile-ups, phantom signals, and on Boston Sprinter, running at high speed through green signals and smashing into the train ahead! Profile problems started with the original TSW and persist through TSW 2. As a new habit, I think I'm going to set up individual profiles for each route. Happy railroading!
same all my dlc's are gone im at 109 and its reset the shop isnt working and its all due to the creators club
