Cc Subscriptions Not Appearing

Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone has been experiencing a similar issue to me. On the CC when I subscribe to a livery (only happens on liveries to me) and I turn off my PS4 and when I come back later to play the game, my subscribed liveries aren’t appearing. I have to go to CC and unsubscribe and then subscribe again for them to appear.
If anyone have a fix or a trick for this please let me know! Thanks

 

i have the same problem on PS 5 but its not a big thing for me as its only in Beta

 

Have you tried the logging out of your Dovetail live account and closing the game. Then starting the game back up and signing back into your DTL account? That seems to be what DTG recommend saying that it seems to fix most of the problems. They then say if it does not solve it submit a ticket.

 

There's a bug where subscribed liveries won't appear, this is solved by re-logging into your DTL account, however, only once. The same issue occurs when having done one scenario/service or restarted the game.
